In order to make up for the serious shortage of restaurant-kitchen-waste treatment capacity, during the 12th five-year plan period, the national development and reform commission subsidized more than 2 billion yuan and approved five pilot cities nationwide, planning to build 100 restaurant-kitchen-waste treatment plants.
